Absolutely disgraceful service. My friend paid to have her phone screen replaced and within days it

Absolutely disgraceful service. My friend paid to have her phone screen replaced and within days it was clearly a cheap, low-quality screen. When she returned, the shopkeeper refused to take responsibility and demanded full payment again to fix his own faulty work. To make it worse, he laughed at her and spoke to her in a rude and disrespectful manner. This is unacceptable and highly concerning behaviour. Customers should be very careful, as this place appears more interested in taking money than providing honest service. Avoid.

brought my iPhone 16 Pro Max here to have the screen replaced. The repair was done on January 16th, but by January 18th the screen had completely frozen — I couldn’t swipe up or press anything.I returned with the phone and all that was done was a reset. I was handed the phone back and told nothing was wrong. From that point on, I had to reset the phone daily at home just to get it working.Soon after, the screen began to darken in the top corner. There was a permanent shadow of the date burned into the background, along with visible marks under the screen. When I brought it back again, the staff member laughed in my face and claimed I had cracked the screen myself. I was told I’d need to pay another €220 to fix it. No attempt was made to properly inspect the phone or take responsibility, even though the device had problems from the moment the screen was replaced. This clearly points to faulty or low-quality parts, especially considering the price charged. I would strongly advise against trusting this business. I’ll be sharing my experience and warning others not to go here. All I wanted was my phone to be fixed

I took the phone to this guy to fix a button, he kept the phone for 3 months, he deformed the plastic which I had to buy again, he destroyed the battery, I lost the sim slot button, now he gave me back the broken phone, insulting me, he only refunded me the money for the plastic after he took €55 to break it, it was a complete disaster, don't bring the phone back to be fixed, you could definitely get it back broken ridicolous clown

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience.I left my phone in to have the screen repaired and paid a €25 deposit, which was fine. When I collected it, the screen was fixed but not properly — it constantly glitches, turns off, and presses random keys, which causes my device to time out.The bigger issue is the battery. Since buying my phone brand new from Apple, I’ve only ever used genuine iPhone chargers to protect the battery. Before the repair, my battery easily lasted a full day. Since getting it back, it dies within 3–4 hours, shuts off at 10% instead of running down to 1%, and the phone overheats. When I checked my settings, I could clearly see that the battery had been replaced. It’s obvious my genuine Apple battery was taken out and swapped for a cheaper one. I went back to explain this and even showed proof, but the response I got was defensive and rude. I was told “batteries deteriorate over time” and that it’s just because my phone is old (it’s an iPhone 12 Pro Max). That excuse doesn’t hold up — I never had a single battery issue before this repair. Now, my phone barely lasts a few hours at work and constantly needs charging. I’m extremely upset because I’ll likely have to buy a new phone because of this.Avoid this place - do not go here.

I had bought a iPhone 13 in the store…

I had bought a iPhone 13 in the store on Wednesday the 5th of February returned to the store the 7th of February due to a faulty battery and was told go back Tuesday I’d get a new phone in the mean time I had to use it . Tuesday came and I had entered the store to hand the faulty phone back as he promised a new phone and he noticed a mark on the back in which he than proceeded to blame me for in which I didn’t drop nor did I let the phone get a bang and he than proceeded to refuse to give a new phone he had went to hand me back the faulty phone till I showed him the receipt which had also said it was under warranty he than took the phone back on Tuesday and said he’d fix the battery and that he would contact me when it was done in which today being Wednesday I had been in earlier this morning to see was it done he said come back this evening in which I sent my daughter in and he said it wasn’t done yet to come back Thursday evening in which I think was a joke as I’ve two kids attending a special needs school who I need to keep in contact with and with not having a phone I cannot keep the connection with the school . I’m really not happy with the service in which I have received

Very poor customer service to start…

Very poor customer service to start with. My Phone had an issue with the charger port as the chargers weren’t clicking in right. He tried to tell me I need a whole new port on my phone I only got very recently. I brought it to the phone shop across from the ashleaf they took it for 5 minutes and said the port only needed to be cleaned out and fixed the problem. Highly recommend staying away from this company as they try to get the most money out of you.
