I’m very dissatisfied with my experience with this service. I canceled my subscription back in July and have not used the app since. Despite this, I was charged unexpectedly and my subscription was renewed automatically without any notice. When I reached out to the support team to request a cancellation and refund, they refused to issue a full refund and instead offered only a partial refund while pressuring me to stay with the service. I made it clear that I had no interest in continuing, but I still felt pressured to remain a customer. This situation has left me feeling frustrated and unhappy.
