Highly do not recommend. It was cheap when I first got it and then suddenly it jumped to being charged $117 so I immediately cancelled and have not used in a year.
Then suddenly a couple of days ago I was charged once again and immediately contacted customer service for a refund.
I explained what had happened and that I cancelled ages ago and have not used the app since, got no app notification, no emails which I thought was because I had cancelled.
They came back trying to offer me different options to a refund but I made it clear all I would like is a refund as I don't have $117 just laying around and I really need the money back.
Now theyre saying they apparently don't have records of it being cancelled and won't be giving a refund. Absolutely robbery and a scam!
