My previous employer helped me set up a salary account with a bank. I used this account for about a year. Recently, I faced an issue where my account was put under a withdrawal freeze. When I reached out to customer support, their response was unsatisfactory, and there was no local language assistance available. Eventually, I learned that the withdrawal was frozen due to multiple transactions. While I admit I used the service frequently, I question why only the withdrawal was frozen and not the credit option as well. This poor experience leads me to not recommend this bank.
