I am a savings bank holder for the last 12 years in UBI. I am not able to process my online banking transactions. I have communicated with the branch manager, customer care center, IT cell, regional redressal officer, and chief redressal officer and even filed a complaint to the grievance redressal cell, but they are not able to solve my problem. More than one month has passed. Most irresponsible behavior and ignorance from a government bank as expected. All government banks should be privatized and the existing employees should be laid off.
