My former employer assisted me in opening a salary account with a bank. I utilized this account for about a year. Recently, I encountered a problem where my account was put under a withdrawal freeze. When I reached out to customer support, the response was inadequate, and there was no local language assistance available. Eventually, I was told that the withdrawal was frozen due to multiple transactions. While I acknowledge that I used the service frequently, I have one question: if that was the issue, why was only the withdrawal option frozen? Why wasn't the credit option also restricted? Due to this unsatisfactory experience, I cannot recommend this bank to anyone.
