I rarely have issues with the bank BUT

I rarely have issues with the bank, but when I experienced one, it was so hassle, took long to answer the customer service phone, filing a ticket on the mobile app is not working, always on hold, not even answering or takes weeks or months before they answer on their customer service email! Super disappointed with the customer service. They heavily rely on their mobile app but filing a ticket inside the app has issues as well! For future customers, I advise you to avoid this bank if you don't want to experience the way they are handling their customer issues.IF they could improve the speed of resolving issues, time to answer the phone promptly, I could change this in the future. But as of now, I would stay away from this bank. Consider other banks with good customer service performance.
