Not one email apart from ultimatum texts that couldn't be replied to and uninterested staff eventually answering phones but unable to help! Not sure the GMB is just scamming fees for not at all helpful union lawyers that are not ever available and only kids from school working on work experience answering calls?They really don't want to help! One set of forms sent to home for signature had someone else's name throughout or were mispelt with absolutely wrong injury details!
