I’m truly let down by the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee I received from the seller. It's honestly among the worst coffees I've had. The bitterness is overpowering, the beans vary in size as if sourced from different origins, and the roast lacks professionalism. It’s also not a light roast as advertised. If this reflects their standard quality, I can't recommend it. I’m uncertain if this is typical or if I simply had bad luck this time, but the experience was quite frustrating.
