I’m extremely let down by the Ethiopian coffee I received. It’s honestly among the worst I’ve encountered. The bitterness is overpowering, the beans vary in size as if they’re sourced from different places, and the roast lacks a professional touch. It’s also not a light roast as advertised. If this represents their standard quality, I can't recommend it. I'm unsure if this is typical or if I just had bad luck, but the experience was quite frustrating.

I accidentally signed up for a subscription but couldn’t manage the coffee quantity alone! The representative promptly responded to my inquiry and removed my name. I’ve been a fan of their products for years, appreciating the information they provide and their support for small farmers. Friends and family also love receiving their products as gifts!
We love our fresh roasted coffee and look forward to our regular deliveries. I was disappointed to find one bag damaged upon arrival, but a quick email to customer service led to a fast response from the representative, who sorted the issue and sent a replacement. Full credit to them and the company for their service. This is how it should be done.
I have a home coffee machine. Beans from this seller consistently deliver a great espresso (bean to cup). You pay for quality and it's worth every penny. I've tried various types and am struggling to decide which to buy in larger quantities, as I enjoy several equally. I’d love for them to offer an airtight container, though! 😄
