I faced terrible customer service! I ordered a lightweight puffer jacket last October and was initially happy with it, despite the flimsy zip. After not using it much over the winter, I found the zip broken when I took it out again in October. Customer service rejected my claim for a replacement because I had removed the care label, and they dismissed my request, saying it was just wear and tear! I reminded them of the consumer rights laws, but they refused to help. This was my first experience with them, and it was disappointing.
