It’s hard to believe, but I successfully returned a set of car keys in a parcel sent back to the company. I thought retrieving them was impossible, yet they were able to find them and are now sending them back to me. Thank you to the team!
The customer service is appalling. I bought a pair of leggings, and the seam is coming apart. I've contacted support multiple times, provided all requested information—photos and receipts—and after a month, I still haven't made any progress with my return or exchange! I will not shop with this company again!
This brand is highly overrated. Their customer support is ineffective, making it nearly impossible to reach anyone. The quality of their products is very disappointing. Two bags I ordered arrived with stains, which is completely unprofessional! I won't be shopping here again!
I faced terrible customer service! I ordered a lightweight puffer jacket last October and was initially happy with it, despite the flimsy zip. After not using it much over the winter, I found the zip broken when I took it out again in October. Customer service rejected my claim for a replacement because I had removed the care label, and they dismissed my request, saying it was just wear and tear! I reminded them of the consumer rights laws, but they refused to help. This was my first experience with them, and it was disappointing.
This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. I ordered a birthday gift two weeks in advance but never received it! The tracking hasn’t updated, and they refuse to issue a refund! Now I have to buy another gift! Customer service is only reachable via live chat—no phone support! Absolutely terrible.

It seems the company is misleading its customers. The return policy is unclear, and the website's description misleads clients into thinking returns are free. They know their return process is confusing, as confirmed by their support. If you believe returns are free, you’ll be unpleasantly surprised. I received an email stating a return fee would be deducted, which turned out to be untrue. It feels like they design the process to discourage returns.
