My package was not delivered and sent back to Uniqlo by DHL. I had to bug the customer service chat numerous times to get an idea of what was going on in the first place. Then I had to bug them again for the refund. All the while I get offered no discount, no compensation for their mistake. The way the customer service chat is setup is terrible, it will end automatically after inactivity and sometimes you have to wait for ages until an employee replies so the chat closes and you have to input all of your info again and explain to the next employee who has no idea of what's going on. I can't find an email address or a phone number anywhere on their website, only the chat. I've worked in customer service and it seems like the employees are either not trained properly or overwhelmed or they have not been given the proper tools to keep track of orders and customers in a quick and efficient manner. You have to spell out your issue for them each time. At this point I have been refunded but they have not offered to ship the items again or give me a discount. Do they even want people to order again? This is so unfortunate because I actually like their clothes.
