I ordered a bathrobe. Price was quoted in Australian dollars but processed through The Netherlands so was charged foreign transaction fee. Bathrobe did not fit and quality was substandard. I tried to return it but I have to send it to China which I was prepared to do but they will only accept a return processed through DHL which is very costly not Australia Post which I was going to send with tracking. Do not purchase from this company, scammers!!I have tried to negotiate a return via Australia Post but they will not allow it.
