The acrylic prism vase is one of those things that you can’t stop looking at when sunlight hits it. I ordered the clear one and it actually looks way more expensive than it is. I changed my colour last second and customer support fixed it without acting annoyed, so points for that.
Absolute scam, stay away from this business! Purchased sandals for $145, free shipment from Melbourne store, thinking if anything goes wrong i can return it to Melbourne. Sandals arrived after few weeks, not genuine brand as advertised, false phone number and address on website - store probably doesn’t exist, return address for my item was in China, paid another $40 for postage, I haven’t received my refund and i don’t think I will.I was completely misled, trusting that the business operates from Melbourne. They even wrote that they are part of business registered in Netherlands… i was very stupid on this instance and i was scammed
Got the rotating table lamp for my desk and honestly didn’t expect to like it this much. It’s simple but feels strangely premium when you adjust the arm. Makes late night work a bit less painful. Tracking actually updated on time for once so I knew exactly when it was coming.

I ordered a bathrobe. Price was quoted in Australian dollars but processed through The Netherlands so was charged foreign transaction fee. Bathrobe did not fit and quality was substandard. I tried to return it but I have to send it to China which I was prepared to do but they will only accept a return processed through DHL which is very costly not Australia Post which I was going to send with tracking. Do not purchase from this company, scammers!!I have tried to negotiate a return via Australia Post but they will not allow it.
BEWARE: this company is operating a scam. Spent over $250 on what looked like high quality indoor mats with a patterned weave, only to find on arrival that the "design" is simply printed on a very cheap polyester mat which seems to be an outdoor all-weather mat. The mats looked NOTHING like the photo representation, unless you consider the optical illusion of the printed pattern. Whilst the items are returnable it is at buyer's own cost expense so given the weight of mats, not at all practical. I will need to wear this cost and donate these mats as will not use. Honestly, stay away from this retailer!
Absolute Scam!Purchased a Brown Zimomo for my daughter for Christmas as her sister has the white, liased back and forth about express shipping as their website says free shipping within Australia and Melbourne Warehouse. Firstly item arrived 4 weeks after purchase. Secondly, item was just a regular sized labubu at nearly $100!! Company so hard to get response from
SCAM Alert. Bought kids smart watch. Doesn’t charge & cant store any contacts. Made contact to return watch for refund. They offered 50% refund. I did not accept this offer. Customer service is someone called M….. Nothing seems to be transparent or honest. Complained to shopify, they are useless & supporting the scammers. I have now lodged a dispute with my bank. Should have read the reviews before making this purchase. Companies like this should be shut down.
