I placed an order for a map on December 7th but never received it. After struggling to communicate, I was informed the package was lost. They promised to send another one. I received a message inquiring about my enjoyment of the map that hadn't arrived. I had been regularly checking the tracking, which showed the shipment was expected but not yet processed. The same issue occurred with the first shipment that went missing. Since the second shipment was supposedly processed on the 25th, I expected it to be visible in tracking by now, but it wasn't. I requested an update but received no response, and as of December 30th, I still have no Christmas gift.
