I ordered a map on December 1st, hoping it would arrive before Christmas. Although the map didn't arrive, the company offered a 'gift preview' to show the recipient what the gift was. I faced some challenges with this. After contacting the company via messaging, I received a quick reply. They arranged for the preview to arrive in time for Christmas. While I was disappointed that the actual gift didn't arrive on time, I was very impressed by the customer service. I would gladly recommend this company.
