I placed an order on December 14, but despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and messaging, I have received no response. I haven't even received a confirmation email. This lack of communication is concerning for such a significant purchase. I understand it’s the holiday season, but they had stated that everything would be handled promptly. Now it's the 29th, and I still have nothing. I'm quite frustrated and unsure of how to proceed if I need a refund. Overall, I'm very disappointed.
