I ordered a map as a Christmas gift well within the promised timeframe, placing the order on the 16th with a stated delivery date of the 18th. Unfortunately, it still hasn't arrived, and the tracking shows a delay with no estimated delivery date. This is quite embarrassing, as it was meant to be a special gift, and I had a framing service scheduled. I've reached out for an update but have not received any response.
