I purchased a pair of silver sandals nearly two years ago. After attending just 5 weddings with them, the coating has completely deteriorated. This is unusual since the interior and sole are still in perfect condition, and I've used them normally without any intentional damage. I contacted the support team about this issue, but they claimed it was due to wear and tear. This is simply not true; the material quality is so poor that it couldn't withstand 5 uses. I've had three other pairs from them without issues, but it seems the quality has dropped significantly. Selling sandals for 120 euros that peel after a few wears is unacceptable.
