Disappointing Quality After Minimal Use

I purchased a pair of silver sandals nearly two years ago and have only worn them to five weddings. Unfortunately, the coating has completely deteriorated. The interior and sole remain in perfect condition, and I've not mishandled them—just normal wear. When I reached out to the support team to explain, they claimed it was due to wear and tear. This is simply untrue; the material quality is so poor that it couldn't withstand just five uses. I've bought three other pairs of shoes from the same seller without any problems, but it seems the quality has significantly declined. Charging 120 euros for sandals that peel after so few wears is unacceptable!

Disappointing quality in sandals

Regret not reading reviews earlier

I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering a pair of gold sandals. They arrived in the wrong style and are uncomfortably tight for a size 39. The soles show signs of water damage, indicating they might have been used in a wet environment. I urgently need them for a wedding to match the bridesmaids' outfits. I've emailed the support team multiple times this week, but there has been no response. I even tried contacting them on social media, but my comment was removed, and I've been blocked. Reaching them has been impossible, and their customer service is terrible. Now, I have to involve my credit card company to seek a refund. All I want is the correct size 40 gold sandals!

Terrible experience

This has been a terrible experience. My shoes broke after just a few weeks, and according to consumer rights laws, I should be able to return them. However, customer service blamed me for the damage without any proof. By law, if a defect occurs within the first year, the manufacturer must show evidence that it was the customer's fault. They disregard these laws, and their customer service number is non-functional, leaving me with unusable shoes. I will never purchase from this brand again. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely poor service

I have never encountered such poor service from an online retailer. We waited over a month for the shoes we ordered, and when they finally arrived, we received a small box containing sunglasses instead! After numerous attempts to contact the company, there was no response. Do yourself a favor and avoid ordering from them; you won't receive any service or a refund.

Quality has declined, support is lacking

I used to be a loyal fan of this brand, but my latest experience has completely changed my opinion. I previously owned three pairs of boots and bought a fourth, but the quality was shockingly poor compared to the others. It felt like I was wearing a completely different brand. The latest pair was mislabeled as size 5 UK, but it was actually much larger. When I reached out to customer support, their responses were unhelpful and dismissive. I ended up ordering the same pair again to compare, but it turned out that this model is just poorly made. I returned the second pair, but they refused to refund me, citing the box's condition. It’s frustrating to deal with such policies instead of simply providing good customer service.

Return process issues

I ordered a pair of sandals, but they were too narrow for me. I followed all the return instructions provided via email, yet the company is now refusing to accept my return, claiming the box was damaged. Ignoring refund laws

I returned an entire order, and according to German law, the seller must refund all costs, including shipping. However, the shop failed to refund the shipping costs. After contacting customer service, they refused to refund these costs based on company policy, which has occurred in multiple instances. It's shocking and unacceptable for such a large company to ignore the law and mislead customers.

Poor quality and lack of support

The shoes I bought from their online store fell apart after two wears. The sole loosened the first time, and the heel cap fell off the second time. It’s clear they are using low-quality materials. When I reported the issue, they offered to repair the shoes if I sent them back, but the shipping label provided didn’t cover insurance. When DHL lost my parcel, I received no support from the company and they refused to issue a refund. Avoid this company if you don’t want to waste your money and time.

Deteriorating quality of sandals

I have been purchasing sandals from this brand for over forty years, and they have always been durable. However, some recently purchased pairs have worn poorly and crumbled above the heel. I inquired whether they had changed their materials, but the response I received was that my shoes were out of warranty. I clarified that I wasn't seeking a refund, just curious about the material change. Unfortunately, there was no further communication. It seems both the product quality and customer service have declined.
