Complete SCAM of a service. I set up my account with the company in Albany NY. In January 2025, I requested to cancel my account, and they acknowledged my cancellation request but continued to charge my credit card monthly fees until August, despite my multiple requests to stop. I spoke to their manager, who admitted they overcharged and promised a refund. However, after months of trying to get my refund, they have stopped responding to my emails and haven't refunded anything.
