I am thoroughly dissatisfied with this service. I set up my account with the company in Albany, NY. In January 2025, I requested to cancel my account, and they confirmed the cancellation. However, they continued to charge my credit card monthly fees until August, despite my repeated requests to stop. I spoke with a manager who admitted the overcharges and promised a refund. Now, after months of trying to get my money back, they have ceased responding to my emails and have not issued any refund.
Complete SCAM of a service. I set up my account with the company in Albany NY. In January 2025, I requested to cancel my account, and they acknowledged my cancellation request but continued to charge my credit card monthly fees until August, despite my multiple requests to stop. I spoke to their manager, who admitted they overcharged and promised a refund. However, after months of trying to get my refund, they have stopped responding to my emails and haven't refunded anything.
I received a call from a representative of the service, claiming they could provide UPS shipping rates lower than FedEx. I agreed to try them out. My first UPS order shipped with their labels cost a total of $94.24, similar to FedEx, but I chose UPS. To my dismay, the invoice from the service included a $30 charge that they claimed we had discussed. I would definitely remember that! Avoid doing business with this company.
I've had a very frustrating experience with the company due to incessant and unsolicited calls. Even after clearly stating my lack of interest, they continued to reach out with repeated inquiries. The excessive follow-up felt intrusive, making the situation more stressful than helpful.
This vendor adds miscellaneous charges to your bill after providing a quote. In my case, it was a $60 charge for lift gate/no loading dock, which would make sense for a commercial location, but I selected residential. Apparently, they think residential deliveries should have a forklift or loading dock.
Original review, July 8th: Constant cold calls. As a business owner, I keep receiving calls from them. No matter how many times I ask to be removed from their lists, it never stops. Edit 7/17/25: They replied to my review, suggesting I email them to resolve the issue. I did, but I've received two more calls since then. My number is on the do-not-call registry, yet they keep calling. I suggest we consider a class-action lawsuit.
Bait and switch is what this is—pure and simple. We were assured a flat class 85 on all shipments by the salesperson, and we even did quotes together. Then we started receiving invoices with much higher rates. When we complained, they said that was what the freight company charged them. We informed them the salesperson had set us up with an 85 class. They responded that he was no longer with the company and told us to pay the bill. A terrible company that employs sales reps who promise you the world just to earn your business, only to let you down.
After being a customer of the company for 7 years, I had one damage claim due to UPS's negligence, which we documented thoroughly. When I sought help from the company, I was subjected to more hassle than I expected for the only time I needed support in those years. UPS took over a month to mishandle my claim, and when I turned to the company for resolution, they said they would expedite it. This took nearly another month, making my client wait for a replacement. Once I finally received my claim check, I got a harsh email stating they would no longer serve as my logistics coordinator and would close my account. This shocking lack of professionalism and customer service is the worst I've encountered in 22 years of running my business. No explanation, no notice—just unacceptable.
