The customer service reps at Unishippers are fantastic. I appreciate the respectful back and forth via email and their speediness in getting things solved for us. The only issue we had was not with them but with a 3rd party truck driver they hired. Unishippers rectified the situation without inconveniencing us at all. I was super impressed with their customer service.
