Unishippers is nothing more than an unethical bait and switch. I was contacted by them in July of 2020 and forwarded them copies of my FedEx bill (our discounts with FedEx are 25%-50%). Their rep basically loaded the information into an Excel sheet and quoted all our package shipments 10% lower than FedEx. I told them I would give them a 30-day trial. After a month or so of trying to get us an UPS account number that is billed through them, we finally started using UPS again billed through Unishippers. The whole billing process from beginning to end was a nightmare. None of the quotes were honored, and our staff spent several hours reconciling the Unishippers bills against the quotes. After 5 weeks of broken promises and lies I quit using them and paid the invoices what they would have cost us using FedEx (10% over their quoted price.) I explained this to their accounts receivable people and they repeatedly said our account was "0". A couple weeks later we received a bill via email stating we owe $300 for short paid invoices. I replied after 4 or 5 of these harassing emails and informed them that if I am contacted again, they can expect a negative review on every possible internet review site. Well, today I received a letter demanding the $300 or I will be sent to collections. So, I am here today to inform other businesses and individuals to stay as far away from this company as possible. I have no intention of paying $300 more to these swindlers.
