This airline has a monopoly in the Asia/Oceania region, making ticket prices exorbitantly high for such poor service. They have essentially taken my money and I am still fighting for a refund! My recent flight was delayed due to weather at just one airport out of four, and after two delays, I requested a reroute. They ignored me and sent me to the airport with awful delays, resulting in seven more delays. Customer service was unhelpful; I waited for hours on the phone and through their app for assistance, missing multiple flights in the process. To make matters worse, they canceled my flights without confirming with me while I was looking for alternate routes. I lost my reserved seat multiple times due to their lack of communication. By the time I was supposed to reach my destination, my trip was cut down to less than 24 hours. I spent two days stuck at an airport, further from my destination than when I started. When I requested a refund, they claimed it was impossible since I had begun my trip. This airline is infuriating; even if you have to spend a bit more elsewhere, it's worth avoiding this dreadful customer service.
