I’m done with this airline. As a frequent domestic business class flyer, my recent experience was disappointing. There were no drinks served during boarding, and I paid over $2,000 for a subpar experience. It's hard to understand why they call it 'First Class' when the service is so lacking. I suggest considering other airlines for a more comfortable flight. Even their new cabin design is inconvenient, making it difficult to access the bathroom when the passenger in front reclines. This airline does not prioritize passenger comfort.
