Bought a meal in flight. Was then told there was no cutlery. Asked how I was supposed to eat it and the waitress (that's all they are) shrugged her shoulders. I then asked a waitress in first class for a fork and well, you know the answer. I finally took the overcooked meal back and asked for a refund. Five minutes later the meal returned with a plastic fork. By then the meal was cold. I'm not only done with United. I'll not fly again. They are cattle cars.
