I have been at O'Hare airport since before 9 am today to be on a flight from ORD TO PBI originally supposed to leave on UA2342 at 10:43, which rolled about four times, and was eventually canceled.

UA agent didn't reach out to rebook me, but I had to do it myself, and I've managed myself to be on UA 1400, which was supposed to 4:18, which has not left as of now at 7:27 CST.

They are full of crap about delay on weather because other flights were leaving in few hours but you poorly managed the aircraft allocation due to your incompetence.
They finally boarded us with even more delay, then with tarmac issues, AND to top it off, flight crew time expired and have to wait passed 8pm. I’ve been at the airport for 12 HOURS AND STILL HAVE NOT FLOWN.

They have not only wasted a full day of my short vacation that I had been looking for for months AFTER TRAVELLING WITH UNITED FOR STRAIGHT 3 weeks on business, but also wasted a whole day of paid vacation.
They should be entitled to refund me the salary I could have made due to their incompetence.

I have been a courtesy customer for United to about 20 years and I am ready to pull a plug with their nonsense.
