We traveled to Japan. On our way to Japan we were stuck in the plane over an hour. Plane didn’t have where to park. On our way back, the plane had a mechanical problem (AFTER KEEPING US INSIDE THE PLANE FOR OVER 3.5 HS!) they decided to cancel and re book 27 hs later. And the plane kept getting delayed and delayed later too…. Bad handling of business over and over
