I have been trying to cancel my contract for several years (since at least 2022/2023). Despite repeated cancellation requests in writing, United Domains continues to ignore or block the cancellation.Instead of accepting a clear and legally valid cancellation by email, customer service hides behind internal procedures, forms and technical excuses. Even though my identity as the contract holder is fully known and confirmed (including direct contact with support), they refuse to process the cancellation and keep the contract running.This feels like an intentional attempt to make cancellation as difficult as possible. I am still unable to get out of the contract and keep receiving invoices.Extremely frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this company.
