The customer service is awful, it was extremely difficult to cancel the service. I asked to cancel it multiple times, they wouldn't comply, instead, they requested me to send them 'verified proof that I am owner of my company', proof of ID etc. I provided all that and blocked them from charging my account at will and next year I got a letter from them to pay or get penalties for every day I am late. Eventually, after numerous emails and wasted time I (hopefully ... I didn't get any new letters yet) succeeded at cancelling the service and voiding the cost.
Disclaimer: I wrote a review here before but it was disputed several times by company and despite I made several edits to comply, even sent a copy of a bill to Trustpilot, it was eventually removed, so this review is another attempt to give a fair view of my experience to other consumers.
