I am extremely disappointed with their service. They contacted me from the airport three times to discuss some previous marks on the car that were not caused by me. After reviewing my video, which was recorded prior to the car's collection, Hopefully I captured that footage. Despite all of this, they imposed unknown charges amounting to £20.11 and an additional £4.43! I attempted to get their email address to file a complaint, but I was unsuccessful.Fes Airport.
