I am extremely disappointed with their service. They contacted me from the airport three times to discuss some previous marks on the car that were not caused by me. After reviewing my video, which was recorded prior to the car's collection, Hopefully I captured that footage. Despite all of this, they imposed unknown charges amounting to £20.11 and an additional £4.43! I attempted to get their email address to file a complaint, but I was unsuccessful.

I had a worst experience using this company at Sarajevo airport , these people are big scammers, beware of using them..They took 100BAM fromme because the flight was delayed for a few hours even though everything was paid in advance , and also without my authorisation they took 2400 BAM on the return ..they give you damaged car in order to charge you for it..I had a video of car at the pick up, but they just ignored it To be clear 2400 BAM that they are saying is security deposit pre authorisation is false as they took that money upon return of the car without any authorisation Also they charged me 10BAM for the parking at the airport that I never used , this never happened with other companies The reviews for this company speak for themselves, I just wish I read them before booking the car

Disgusting! The FBI should investigate!Having a confirmed reservation arriving in uber to be told they have no cars and try to sell me a $100 a day car.And they couldn’t care less!They should be banned!

Awful company. Lots of hidden charges Terrible car with high mileage and very stiff clutch. Best avoided.

This is the worst possible car rental…

This is the worst possible car rental in the world. Please stay away from the. They hire a 3rd party shuttle from IAH and even the 3rd party is rude. There are no agents on the other side of their video booth. The one representative at the facility is useless.

Do not rent from this company

Do not rent from this company. Cheap rental but poor car (no radio, no locking) and then got charged at the airport for cleaning. Car was clean inside but dusty outside which is impossible to avoid whilst driving in Morocco.

Avoid this company at all costs.They operate out of a run-down van in a parking lot, which should have been the first red flag. The first car they offered us was filthy and likely not even roadworthy. The second was worn out, dented, and just as dirty. Eventually, they presented a third option that was still being worked on — they had literally just closed the bonnet minutes before handing it over to us. At least this one had been washed.We drove from Agadir to Taghazout, and before we even arrived, the brakes were grinding metal on metal. It felt completely unsafe. The very next day, we returned the car to Agadir. There was no way we were going to risk trying another one of their vehicles.Our €1,500 deposit was released, but they kept the full week’s rental payment, assuring us it would be refunded later. After returning to Europe, I followed up about the refund and was told it had been refused because we had “cancelled the contract” and did not request a replacement vehicle. There is absolutely no way I would agree to drive any other car from them after that experience.This may be the cheapest car rental option in Morocco, but you truly get what you pay for. It was a disgraceful experience and left a sour taste at the end of what was otherwise an incredible trip to a beautiful country.Do yourself a favour — stay well away from this company.

Is it United or Apollo, either way its BAD

We hired a car in Heraklion, Crete and found this company via kayak search so we assumed it was reputable. The broker for insurance etc was "Stress Free Car Rental" which is a joke and we actually ended up with a car from a company called Apollo, but United is the Responsible company. The 4 day hire was cheap so our expectations were low but reasonable. When we picked up the car we were picked up by a company called Apollo car rental and seemed to be a part of or associated with United car rental, who we thought we actually had a car from.The Apollo office was very scruffy and poor quality, the car was equally scruffy but it worked and we took lots of photos as proof. To be fair the car was fine and as I said it was cheap, the real issue came when we were asked to pay EUR1100 as a security deposit for damage but we had paid for all the top up insurance via stressfreecarrental so we weren't worried at that stage. After the hire period, we returned the car and it was agreed there was no damage and the milage was unlimited so the guy said "all fine and your money will be returned to the card in 5-7 days.NOW ITS A BIG PROBLEM! after 10 days we chased up this with United car hire. lots of emails saying sorry and we will look into it, but no actual help, no idea what is happening, no response and i feel the emails were chatbots and not real people either. The key problem there is no useful telephone number, i was given a number in morocco for United car hire which is useless as we hired in Crete, Greece, Europe, not morocco Africa, and after multiple attempts I have had to start a claim via Mastercard which is not guaranteed.AVOID this company and do not use them in Crete for sure.

Rented a car what was stated unlimited…

Rented a car what was stated unlimited millages with big uppercase letters but when you paid for it you found out the unlimited millages only applies if you have boarding pass. Also extra fee if you pass CA border line. By the end I paid more than I just pick up a car from any expensive car rental place. Careful don’t fall for the lowest price advertised. They will screw you.
