United Car Care deserves a "0" rating. This is a 'rip off' company. They don't want to cover any repairs as explained to me by their salesman. Please don't give them any money!You didn't honor the dealership in October to repair the leaking shocks because your adjuster said they weren't leaking enough to be repaired and now you are saying that you will not cover this claim. I have contacted an attorney and followed his advice about requesting a partial refund. He will take it from there after your response. All the reviews posted online state exactly how your company treats customers and how you refuse to honor repairs. You need to don't live up to your motto: "peace of mind for that next bump in the road" There's no integrity and your reputability is negative -0.
