Unfortunately, the car is now facing engine problems, with carbon buildup indicating piston ring failure — not the root cause. Despite having full maintenance records and certified diagnostics, the company has denied coverage, making us navigate through numerous obstacles while they search for any excuse to avoid accountability. This is precisely the kind of serious repair that the warranty was meant to cover. Families should not have to struggle this much to get the protection they’ve paid for. I am keeping a record of this situation for regulatory bodies and consumer protection organizations, and I urge the company to fulfill their contractual commitments. Transparency and responsibility are crucial. Warranty providers should uphold their promises! We have made every effort honestly, yet they continue to create more barriers in their attempts to evade the contract through plausible loopholes.
