Review update on previous concerns

I previously left a negative review due to not receiving my watch for over two months. I also hadn't received responses to my inquiries. The original shipment was delayed by customs. The company agreed to send a replacement watch, although getting updates was challenging. I finally received the replacement today, and it looks fantastic. My rating increased from one to four stars, as customer service could have provided better updates during the delay.
