Review Time
I have yet to receive the watch after two years! I was assured that my issue would be handled, but every time I follow up, they promise a quick resolution and then cease communication. I paid $1500 for a watch and feel completely scammed.
I've now bought three watches from this company, and they are all amazing. The team is also very helpful and easy to work with. My colleagues at work are curious if I've hit the jackpot with my three Rolex watches purchased this past year! One of them has an authentic 'Batgirl' and couldn't tell if my 'Pepsi' was genuine. I'm considering adding a few more in 2026... I highly recommend this service.

I previously left a negative review due to not receiving my watch for over two months. I also hadn't received responses to my inquiries. The original shipment was delayed by customs. The company agreed to send a replacement watch, although getting updates was challenging. I finally received the replacement today, and it looks fantastic. My rating increased from one to four stars, as customer service could have provided better updates during the delay.
Feedback on the Royal Oak: Firstly, the logo is hard to see from most angles due to the material used. Secondly, the watch arrived in a plastic bag?! At a price of $1,900, one would expect more than just plastic wrapping. There was no box, documentation, or manual included. Lastly, the company ceased communication when I raised my concerns.
This is an update to a negative review I posted earlier. The company reached out and is working on replacing my watch. They have been very responsive, considering the 15-hour time difference. I'm now comfortable giving a 4-star review and will upgrade it after receiving the replacement. I appreciate their efforts!
