I applied in Dec. was told 7 to 10 days and I would receive email, packet and id cards in mail. Difficulty with the site, log on. Called & rep couldn't find anything for me or my husband. Told I would be contacted. I said cancel. Over 2 mos. and 6 days after coverage to start rec. id card and next day letter stated as requeste it was cancelled. Today an email, accepted. TERRIBLE!!
