Review Time
I was called to go over prescription plans and get signed up. The representative I spoke with went over my medications and suggested the plan that would be best. After asking a few questions I said I wanted to do some research and reach out to my local pharmacy for any information she could give. When I called back and said I wanted to go with a different plan, he wouldn't sign me up. So I did it myself.
Omg Sterling Johnson was the best, I keep putting this off because I was afraid it was going to be so hard to understand. But thank god I got him because he make it so easy and smooth. And it didnt take hardly any time to do. Thank you Sterling
I applied in Dec. was told 7 to 10 days and I would receive email, packet and id cards in mail. Difficulty with the site, log on. Called & rep couldn't find anything for me or my husband. Told I would be contacted. I said cancel. Over 2 mos. and 6 days after coverage to start rec. id card and next day letter stated as requeste it was cancelled. Today an email, accepted. TERRIBLE!!
Avoid Ryan Bellinger and United Healthcare Providers. Interrupted me with a cold call to sell something, and refused to acknowledge that I had not requested the call, even going so far as to say maybe my wife did it. Over 7 minutes of wasted time. This guy is persistent.

I did not feel intimidated when asking questions as she gave me the utmost respect when I asked questions and I never felt uncomfortable throughout the process.
