This company is a scam con game to overcharging people 60% and never reviewing the cost until after finishing.They scammed and fast talked my elderly mother for $18,000. She contacted them on Friday for a simple water heater replacement. Which should have been $1500-$4000. They arrived on Saturday and cut open her ceiling to blow insulation. Which she asked why and then said I do not want that and please stop. They didnt and said dont worry it part of the cost. She was confused the entire time. By Monday she was able to see what happened and the cost. She was outraged and called to tell them this was not right and she didnt want this water heater at that price. They refused to give the price of the water heater and cancel. The water heater was from Home Depot and cost $1869. Which left the labor being over $8000!!!! For a simple replacement. They charged her $8000 for in she didnt ask for or need. She demanded a detailed invoice showing the price of the water heater, insulation, parts and labor. They refused several times. They then sent a man named Josh to her home at 7pm at who refused to leave for 4hrs until she agreed to his terms. She repeatedly said she was not happy, the price was outrageous and she didnt want to the product. Please remove it and cancel this order. I have found several other similar complaints on yelp and her. Yoh can contact me thru Baja Delivery Services website.
