Specifically, they failed to recognize that keyword search volume is essential for driving meaningful website traffic.For six months, I received reports claiming page-one rankings for keywords that had zero search volume. I repeatedly explained that ranking for keywords with no searches has no value, but this was never understood or corrected.I paid for 12 months upfront and spent six months receiving inaccurate and misleading data.
