Amazing customer service

I missed my scheduled appointment due to construction taking longer to get to a safe place to talk. I called back and was able to still be assisted. When I would ask questions, they had the answers ready, and helped me get I to the app, verified my settings, and gave me the information I needed to get signed up for adding CNAM. As well as giving me realistic expectations.
