My session with Tracy Davenport was a surprise delight! Before this, I had given little thought about how much both colour and style can upgrade your life. The process was fascinating, enlightening, and gave me an entirely new perspective about wardrobe.
I left with my reference material in-hand, new knowledge of what, how, and why to wear things, a new perception of my personal style, and an added dimension of my sense of self. Tracy made it all look easy, effortless, and offered a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
As someone who absolutely loathes shopping, I now have a new set of tools that will make it less a chore and more an adventure. No more aimlessly searching through rack after rack, one item at time. A quick look, even from a distance, will tell me if something suitable awaits.
The day after my consultation, I had the opportunity to put my new knowledge to the test. I had a business meeting to attend. I applied what I’d just learned and chose a new look - a different colour and style than originally planned. Not only did I feel more confident, but I was also able to gently yet firmly guide the meeting towards it’s best outcome.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was feeling a bit lost and wanted to make a change in my life so I booked in with Tracey Davenport. Looking back on the last six months I can see the differences, physical and mental, our health coaching consultations have made. Tracey is so knowledgeable and warm and made me feel truly seen. She didn’t tell me what to do, she showed me what I could do… The colour and style consultation was genuinely eye opening…I thought I knew what suited me…but our consultation both steered me in a different direction and gave me the courage to try something different. They work out what is the best colour palette for you and your skin tine/body shape/personality. Amazing results. They also offer wardrobe detoxes, as well as selling some fabulous silk scarves, made in Italy, and designed to complete whatever colour palette you end up being assigned to.
