I had an unfortunate experience with a staff member named Maria at Brunel House in Bristol, who I found to be incredibly unprofessional and discourteous. She seems to be in-charge of housekeeping but for some reason all she does is sit at the reception all day whilst being completely unprofessional and giving off an "i hate my job" and "i hate people" kind of attitude when collecting and handing out parcels.No idea why Unite Students would hire such an individual and it truly is unfortunate that students have to deal with such a person.
