I truly don't understand how this store remains in business. They promised lower prices and free delivery within 7-10 days for the table I ordered, charging 100% of the product price upfront. Then, they demanded $100 for delivery and denied their claim of free shipping. Even before shipping, they wouldn't issue a refund. Finally, after four months, they provided a delivery date, but when they were an hour late, I was informed that the product failed quality control and wouldn't be shipped. I managed to cancel the order, but they charged a 30% restocking fee and shipping both ways. I will never do business with this company again. Their practices are incredibly anti-customer.
