This has been an incredibly frustrating experience! I placed my order on 10/28 for all available items and received a confirmation email on 10/29 stating delivery would be in 4-6 weeks. However, the items didn't ship until 12/12, and as of 1/20, we still have no delivery date. They only deliver to our area twice a month, and I had scheduling conflicts on those days, which they were aware of beforehand. To make matters worse, the prices of the products in my order have dropped by a total of $3400 on their website since my purchase, yet the company refuses to adjust the prices for shipped items. They offered a mere $300 compensation, claiming it’s not their policy to adjust prices. They have provided no assistance or compensation for the inconvenience and do not respond to calls once a purchase is finalized. Potential buyers should be cautious! This company does not uphold honorable practices. I also paid for premium delivery service, but my expectations are now very low.

There is a complete lack of customer support. When someone called regarding delivery, they spoke too quickly and unclearly. I asked them to slow down and clarify, but they hung up on me. I spent over an hour trying to reach the company through various numbers for orders and customer service, but I was put on hold and never received an answer. Four calls later, still no response.
This has been a horrible experience with terrible customer service. The lack of professionalism is unlike any company I have encountered. I waited past my five-hour expected delivery window, and they arrived late with an item that was not packaged properly. The item I received was entirely different from what was advertised. When I raised this issue, they took no responsibility, claiming that 'variations are expected.' I would never order from this place again, and I advise others to avoid it as well.
I ordered 10 chairs, and they went on sale significantly before I received them. The company would not provide a price adjustment, which is very disappointing for a reasonably sized furniture seller, especially since the chairs had not yet been delivered.
I purchased an outdoor dining table with six chairs for $6000. Within two months, I noticed a hairline crack on the table, and over time, these cracks spread all over. I called multiple times, but they made numerous excuses. This company does not engage in honest business practices. Stay away from them and don’t be misled by their discounts. Their furniture is subpar, which is why the prices are lower. Their customer service is nonexistent.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!! I purchased a bed, which arrived with a black spot on the fabric headboard. I pointed this out to the delivery driver, but he signed off on the delivery himself. My daughter wrote a complaint and sent pictures to the salesperson, who promised someone would come to clean the spot. Since then, I have been unable to contact her. After multiple attempts from March to May, no one has come to address the issue. Customer service is unresponsive, and I was transferred to a manager who also did not answer. BE WARNED!
Initially, I read the reviews on this site and took pictures of my cart, which stated that any order over $1299 would qualify for free shipping. I called to confirm shipping costs, and the salesperson quoted me $200. Since I had a $2k order, I clearly qualified for free shipping according to their terms. The salesperson then offered a discount to $150. When I pointed out the discrepancy, he claimed it was 'for each item.' I am baffled and disappointed, as I spent hours selecting items on their site. Thanks to the reviews, I confirmed the free shipping; otherwise, I might not have thought to inquire.
I truly don't understand how this store remains in business. They promised lower prices and free delivery within 7-10 days for the table I ordered, charging 100% of the product price upfront. Then, they demanded $100 for delivery and denied their claim of free shipping. Even before shipping, they wouldn't issue a refund. Finally, after four months, they provided a delivery date, but when they were an hour late, I was informed that the product failed quality control and wouldn't be shipped. I managed to cancel the order, but they charged a 30% restocking fee and shipping both ways. I will never do business with this company again. Their practices are incredibly anti-customer.
