This has been an incredibly frustrating experience! I placed my order on 10/28 for all available items and received a confirmation email on 10/29 stating delivery would be in 4-6 weeks. However, the items didn't ship until 12/12, and as of 1/20, we still have no delivery date. They only deliver to our area twice a month, and I had scheduling conflicts on those days, which they were aware of beforehand. To make matters worse, the prices of the products in my order have dropped by a total of $3400 on their website since my purchase, yet the company refuses to adjust the prices for shipped items. They offered a mere $300 compensation, claiming it’s not their policy to adjust prices. They have provided no assistance or compensation for the inconvenience and do not respond to calls once a purchase is finalized. Potential buyers should be cautious! This company does not uphold honorable practices. I also paid for premium delivery service, but my expectations are now very low.
