Be very careful with these new pop up sites ever since i have played on this site .my bank account has been defrauded .I am usually very careful with my card what I use it on and where this is exactly why?. Complete scam site through and through Everything's awful no safer gambling protection and no withdrawls processed and takes all your money consistently and do not pay out They are laughing all the way to the bank on everyone else's money .This should not be allowed to keep happening from these sites .This is really not on at all something needs doing about all these new fraudlent sites popping up that are not paying players out and are completly taking advantage of vunerable people Its disgraceful .
I've deposited a lot over the last 8 months. I've lost a lot and also had big wins. For most of that time I was able to withdraw winnings and VIP host Marcus helped to get funds released. Suddenly though in the last two weeks when trying to withdraw £200 they keep cancelling withdrawal. Tell me they sent me emails about why but I never received these. They never respond to my emails and VIP service went from very good to very bad... Not helping to get my withdrawal sorted, just telling me they can't do anything and to resubmit ID.
My experience with this casino has been incredibly frustrating. I joined a few months back and deposited a total of £8370. After winning £28,567, I encountered a £500 withdrawal limit. Although the first withdrawal was processed, the second one was canceled, and they subsequently decided to deny my winnings and close my account. They offered a £500 goodwill gesture, which I never received. This situation has left me with a loss of around £7000, severely impacting my mental well-being. I hope someone can assist me, as I am willing to share a percentage of any success.
Not worth your time or money. I deposited £20 and turned it into £300, but when it was time to withdraw, they demanded excessive information. They didn't require all of that when taking my money. I'd rather take the loss than give them so much personal info.
If you are reading this, you likely already feel cheated and know you won't receive your winnings. This company is extremely dishonest. Each time you request a withdrawal, they repeatedly ask for your ID. They just put your money back into your playing account. Whatever you do, avoid this site, as even winning feels like losing!
