For anyone trying to withdraw their money... this site is 100% legit. Read the verification process CAREFULLY. No screen shots, must be a PDF, ID must be clear and all parts showing. It does seem to take a while, but we'll.wprth it. Won loads front this site, just takes a few days to get the winnings, and to a maximum of £500!!
Won £1000, first £500 withdrawal they paid within 3 days, second £500 they have cancelled 7 times asking for the same documents over and over again even though I sent them the first time. then wagering requirements which I deposited with a no bonus, so I wagered what they wanted me to, then they ask to wager it again. Don’t waste your money on this site.
I don't think they can improve. The worst experience ever. Still waiting for 500£ withdrawal since 1st of October. Day 48. Nothing. They will give you any excuse for the wait and ask you to wait again patiently and keep asking for more verification documents. That's their customer service for you.
Honestly everyone is correct with their experiences. It takes ages to get your money and you have to provide a lot of information over emails etc and wager a lot compared to deposit and on particular games like slots when I like to play blackjack. It doesn’t feel right, but if you persevere and provide all of the information they ask for and complete all wagering requirements, you do eventually get your money. I ended up withdrawing around £300 profit but have not really used the site since. I’d avoid if you’re a new customer, stick at it if you’re an existing one and have skin in the game
The thing with this casino is that the games are good and the bonus rounds trigger often. The only problem is that you will never be able to withdraw your winnings. When I first signed up and played I managed to make my first withdrawal successfully. I was paid within 5 mins. It was only £50. But this gave me the confidence to continue playing. After that I was never able to withdraw £70, £470, £500, £500, and £500. Over the course of 3 weeks going round in circles with live chat and email and sending my ID documents multiple times my withdrawal request was repeatedly cancelled on thier side and they keep re-requesting ID documents again. I gave up and went to my bank and successfully requested chargebacks for every deposit I ever made on that casino. They blocked my account when I did this but at least I got the majority of money back. I am going to write a guide on how to request the chargebacks soon
This company is a scam do not use everything seems fine at first but after your deposit things go wrong there welcome bonus dont work then if you do win and want to withdraw thats where the scam really kicks in if you did bank transfer for deposit to withdraw they will ask for iban and bac ect rather then account number and sort code which is weird then they will say your bank declined it claim they need you to send stupid amount of I.d verification in to process withdraw which is against gambling commission rules then they will claim you need to bet 3× your deposit amount to withdraw again against rules there Live chat is either ai or fake people wont resolve anything been well over a week still not getting my money is will be reporting them to the gambling commission
Mixed bag. First of all, this casino does pay out to UK customers. Like many however this only works with certain banks/accounts. On the plus side, got my first payout in reasonable timeframe (few days). On the downside, it is 3x wagering on any withdrawal (only found this out after an email from them declining my first withdrawal), limit of £500 withdrawal per day, and despite withdrawing £500 I actually got £490.
